Dr. Tinanoff grew up in Connecticut and obtained her undergraduate degree in Biology from Colby College. She received her veterinary degree from Cornell University in 2002, and then completed an internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Oradell Animal Hospital in New Jersey.

She then settled in Baltimore, and with the exception of a one-year sabbatical in Australia, has been in general practice ever since. She recently moved to Austin and has a passion for felines, so she is excited to join the Spicewood Springs Cat Hospital!

Outside of work, Dr. Tinanoff enjoys running, biking, eating good food, drinking good coffee, and playing with her two cats. She also shares her home with her husband, son, and adorable little mutt.
